Scripts for making cloaks show up on a PC when one is equipped.
Standard OnItemEquipped/Unequipped scripts placed on cloaks and armor WILL function normally as well.

Includes .ERF file and demo MOD. Scripts were developed using HotUv1.61, but MAY work with Classic NWNv1.61 and higher. Demo mod was created with SoU and HotU installed and may not work without both expansions.

These scripts will require my cloak hak (BG_Cloaks) to function, of course. Other cloak haks may work as well, although I do not support it. Any hak pack with cloaks in neck slots 30 and 31 should function, although not necessarily as expected.

USAGE:

Import BG_VisibleCloaks.erf into your module.

Includes the following scripts:

bg_cloak01 - Do not place anywhere.
bg_mod_def_equ - Place in module's OnPlayerEquipItem.
bg_mod_def_unequ - Place in module's OnPlayerUnEquipItem.

CLOAK COLORS:
------------------------------
The default cloak shows up using "cloth color #1". This is the color used on hoods on most heads. A cloak can be made to show up as "cloth color #2", if desired. There are two ways to achieve this:

1: Place the variable BG_CLOAK_VARIABLE = 1 on a cloak. This cloak will show up as cloth2 when worn.
2: Place the variable BG_CLOAK_VARIABLE = 1 on a suit of armor. ANY cloak worn with this armor will show up as cloth2.

KNOWN ISSUES:

When wearing a cloak and armor is equipped without first removing a previously equipped suit of armor, the cloak may
not appear properly. Removing and re-equipping the cloak will fix this.

When changing cloaks or armor, a ghosted icon may appear in the inventory window. Closing the window or changing to
another inventory page will clear this harmless graphical error.

Cloaks will NOT show up on NPC's, and never will. The item equipping/unequipping scripts are only fired by PCs. To have an NPC wear a cloak their armor must be constructed with a cloak in the neck slot.
